About the Roles

Join the team as a Presales Consultant based in Bedok, working Monday to Friday from 9.00AM to 6.00PM in a permanent role. This position offers a basic salary of up to $7,000, plus OTE and Variable Bonus, with opportunities to work on Identity and Access Management (IAM), Mobile Security and Post-Quantum Cryptography solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support presales activities for Identity and Access Management (IAM), Mobile Security and Post-Quantum Cryptography solutions.
• Present the company’s technical architecture, solutions and technologies to customers.
• Maintain demonstration systems for customer presentations and solution showcases.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for the company’s products and solutions.
• Design solution architecture based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, tenders and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Coordinate technical matters with internal departments and external partners.
• Research industry and technology trends to support improvements and innovation in existing solution offerings.
• Support exhibitions, webinars and other activities promoting the company’s products.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, SAML and OIDC.
• Experience with IAM solutions such as ForgeRock, NetIQ, Okta, IBM SSO or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of web-based or n-tier application architecture and cloud concepts.
• Experience implementing or supporting IAM tools and processes is an advantage.
• Strong interest in information security.
• Experience preparing RFI, RFP or tender documentation is an advantage.
