We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team for the following positions:

• Customer Service – Responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing assistance, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Telemarketing – Responsible for making outbound calls, promoting products/services, following up with customers, and achieving assigned telemarketing targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and other communication channels.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Promote products, services, and relevant offers to customers.
• Follow up with customers and assist with their requests, enquiries, or concerns.
• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Achieve assigned customer service and telemarketing targets/KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Motivated, positive, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, telesales, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in other languages is an added advantage.
• Able to work on a rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and the company's approved salary structure and hiring budget.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
