Job Description
Responsibilities
Manageand supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate construction, structural steel, installation, fabrication, and related site works.
Plan and allocate manpower according to project requirements and work schedules.
Track project progress against agreed schedules and targets.
Coordinate with the Main Contractor, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with Singapore workplace safety requirements and project safety procedures.
Review drawings and identify technical or constructability issues before and during execution.
