Job Overview

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking Procurement Executives to join our team in KL Sentral. The ideal candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or buying, along with good Mandarin and English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing and procurement activities.
• Source suppliers, request quotations, and compare prices to obtain competitive offers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers in Mandarin and English regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing requirements are fulfilled.
• Support supplier relationship management and resolve purchasing-related issues.

Requirements

• Language: Good Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Buyer, Purchasing, or Procurement roles.
• Education: Diploma or above.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple purchasing requests.
• Willing to work a permanent night shift.
• Able to work onsite at KL Sentral.
• Available to join as soon as possible.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: RM4,500 – RM5,000
• Night Allowance 300 RM & 300 Kpi Allowance
• Permanent night-shift position.
