Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated, service-oriented Personnel to understand clients’ needs, recommend suitable applicants, and guide clients through the hiring and placement process.
Key Responsibilities
Understand clients' hiring needs, preferences, and hiring requirements.
Interview applicants, assess their suitability, and recommend suitable applicants to clients.
Arrange interviews between employers and applicant, answer enquiries, and follow up on hiring decisions.
Manage cases from initial enquiry through to placement, working closely with the sourcing and administration teams.
Maintain strong client relationships, provide timely updates, and work towards agreed requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups. You should be comfortable handling client enquiries, discussing recruitment services, and working towards targets. Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
