Ramp-up Engineer (m/f/d)

The company SCHMID Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an Ramp-up Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and ramping up process machinery to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) status at customer sites.
• Handover and instruction of equipment to customers.
• Instruction and training of customers operating and workshop staff.
• Technical consulting for the service personnel of the customers.
• Conducting process optimizations to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Providing expert advice to customers on chemical processes within the PCB and Substrate industries.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the start-up phase to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborating with customers to implement best practices and improvements in their manufacturing processes.
• Traveling to customer locations for on-site commissioning and support, including international assignments.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed professional training as an electrician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), possibly with further training as an electrician, or comparable training.
• Professional experience in the field of manufacturing systems engineering is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Independent and careful way of working as well as ability to work in a team.
• Self-confident appearance and good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
