Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.

At least 2 years of driving experience in Singapore is preferred.

Familiar with Singapore roads and able to use GPS/navigation applications.

Physically fit and able to lift, carry, load, and unload event equipment and materials.

Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays according to event schedules.

Able to travel to different event venues across Singapore.

Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Positive attitude, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Able to communicate in basic English. Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and team members.

Experience in events, logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations will be an advantage.

Experience in event setup, dismantling, logistics handling, or warehouse operations is preferred.

Maintain a good driving record with no traffic offences.

Responsible for the delivery, loading, and unloading of goods, equipment, and event materials.

Assist in event setup and dismantling, including loading, lifting, arranging, and organizing props, furniture, and event equipment.

Ensure all delivery and event schedules are adhered to punctually.

Ensure all delivery orders, event receipts, and work forms are fully signed and submitted according to procedures.

Ensure warehouse operations are conducted efficiently and comply with company safety standards and guidelines.

Deliver company vehicles for servicing or maintenance when due and ensure CashCard balance/top-up is always sufficient.

Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of vehicles and report any damages immediately.

Provide support to the event team on-site, including managing logistics, coordinating manpower, and assisting with client needs.

Comply with all traffic laws and transportation regulations and maintain a good driving record at all times.

Perform other duties as directed by the Company or Manager from time to time.
