Key Responsibilities

• Work Order Management: Process, track, and close daily maintenance work orders using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or software like SAP.
• Record Keeping: Maintain logs of equipment maintenance schedules, repair history, parts inventory, and vendor/contractor documentation.
• Inventory Control: Monitor repair supplies, handle non-stock items, prepare purchase requisitions, and reconcile stock levels.
• Scheduling & Communication: Coordinate maintenance meetings, follow up on outstanding repair tasks with technicians, and communicate with external vendors regarding pricing and availability.
• Administrative Support: Prepare reports on labor hours, equipment downtime, and maintenance costs to assist the maintenance manager.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
