Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality to members and guests
- Welcome, engage with and assist members and guests
- Operate golf simulators and provide support to users
- Manage bookings, payments and Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions
- Assist with events, programmes and day-to-day operations
- Maintain a clean, modern and welcoming environment
- Carry out any other duties or special assignments as may be assigned by the Reporting Officer from time to time
- 6-day work week
- Shift-based schedule, according to the roster
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literate and service oriented
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or retail operations would be an advantage.
