Website Order Processing

• Process daily website orders accurately and efficiently
• Print order slips and coordinate with warehouse team for packing
• Ensure correct items, sizes, and quantities are fulfilled
• Update order status in system (Shipped / Completed / Exchange)
• Monitor pending and problematic orders

Exchange & Return Handling

• Manage customer exchange requests
• Verify returned items condition
• Coordinate replacement shipment
• Update stock movement in system
• Ensure exchange process is completed within timeline

Administrative Support

• Maintain proper documentation of orders and exchanges
• Assist in updating SKU lists and inventory reports
• Support warehouse team in operational tasks when needed (Stock Receiving & Stock Distribution)

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin, Logistics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong knowledge in Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Prior warehouse or e-commerce experience is an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Experience:

• Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
• E-commerce: 2 years (Preferred)
• shopify: 2 years (Preferred)
