Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software, and perform regular cycle or physical stock counts.
Process & Layout Optimization:
Design efficient warehouse storage, layout, and material handling plans to maximize space and workflow efficiency.
Team Supervision:
Lead, schedule, and guide warehouse assistants, storekeepers, or forklift operators. [1]
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, conduct risk assessments, and maintain 5S cleanliness guidelines.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with procurement, transport, sales, and external logistics partners for timely deliveries and issue resolution.
