Responsibilities
Description
Develop test plans, strategies, and cases based on business and non-functional requirements.
Possess hands-on expertise in manual testing, including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and validation within agile environments.
Create and maintain automation test scripts
Analyse test results, identify root causes of issues, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders
Troubleshoot bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes
Configure the test environment, manage test data, and use testing tools and software.
Requirement
Expertise in Functional Testing
Good knowledge of JIRA; Xray knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge in Playwright is an advantage
Hands-on experience with REST API testing
Where required, perform manual testing as needed, including periods where manual testing may be the primary responsibility
Good to have solid understanding of e-banking/payments/trading experience
Good to have hands-on experience on the test automation tool chain Cucumber, TestNG, Selenium and Appium
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Gitlab (preferred), Jenkins etc.
Development experience with hands-on experience with Spring Boot or similar is preferred.
Very good understanding of best practices, clean code policies, branching strategies and security scans.
