Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Scope

  • Perform dimensional inspection of CNC-machined parts & components
  • Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for precision measurement
  • Read & interpret engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers µmeters
  • Conduct in-process & final quality inspections
  • Prepare QC inspection reports & maintain inspection records
  • Identify and report defective or non-conforming products
Requirements

  • Experience in QC inspection, preferably in CNC machining or precisionengineering
  • Knowledge of CMM machine operation & dimensional measurement
  • Able to read & interpret engineering drawings
