Partner with traders, quants, and portfolio managers to translate trading and research requirements into robust engineering solutions.
Make sound technical decisions around system design, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Write high-quality, efficient code and contribute to code reviews and engineering standards.

Identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, deployment practices and operational resilience.
Support frequent, reliable software deployments in a fast-moving environment.
Share technical knowledge and support the development of other engineers.

A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Experience designing and maintaining reliable software in a Linux environment.
A track record of taking technical projects from requirements through to production and ongoing support.
