About the Role

Own monthly performance reporting for assigned markets, functions, or business units. Prepare detailed variance analysis and management commentary. Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities. Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability drivers. Conduct customer, product, and channel profitability reviews. Support working capital, inventory, and cash flow analysis. Develop dashboards and automated reports to improve reporting efficiency. Collaborate with business teams to understand performance drivers and business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly performance reporting for assigned markets, functions, or business units.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA Finance.
• 4-7 years of FP&A experience.

Required Skills

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial finance or business partnering preferred.
