• Lead a group of CNC Machinist to achieve daily target
• Operate CNC 3 axis / 5 axis milling machine to produce the required order parts inaccordance with the required job order and technical specifications.
• Monitor CNC Machinist / Setter on all setup process for CNC milling machinesist / Setter on all setup process for CNC milling machines.
• Able to setup & operate various type of CNC milling machines.
• Responsible for setup critical and precision parts for CNC milling machine.
• Co-ordinate all CNC Milling related activities for new project related activities for new project.
• Responsible in CNC machine setup for junior machinists to help eliminate non-conformance and machine down time.
• ProvideProvide training and guidance for junior level CNC Machinists to complete their job.
• Perform cutter adjustments.
• Act fast and able to perform quick changeover in daily activityle to perform quick changeover in daily activity.
• Continuously seeking solution to improve on process capability to optimize productivity.
• Administer all editing on all CNC programs and identify all errors and determine all tools and fixtures for all parts.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance for all machine
• Update and communicate production output status to production planner
• Continue process improvement to reduce cycle time, reduce rejection rate and improve quality

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
