ATC Cleantec Hiring! Full Time M-E Engineer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 6,500 - Ricebowl

1. New Plant Expansion & Construction:

• M&E planning and coordination for the Company's new plant expansion project.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project.
• Review M&E drawings, layouts, specifications and technical proposals.
• Monitor installation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, fire protection and other building services.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, quality and compliance with approved drawings.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover of M&E systems.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site problems during construction.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, materials and contractor performance.
• Coordinate M&E requirements for machinery installation and factory utilities.
• Support project documentation, authority requirements and final handover.

2. Building / Facility M&E :

• Manage existing building M&E systems and facilities.
• Monitor electrical, HVAC, ventilation, water, drainage, fire protection and other building services.
• Coordinate repair, maintenance and improvement works with contractors.

3. Factory Engineering & Manufacturing :

• Support machinery installation, relocation, modification and commissioning.
• Manage factory utilities such as compressors, pumps, exhaust/ventilation, water systems and other supporting systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support production engineering and facility improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in M&E engineering, building construction, industrial facilities, factory projects or related fields.
• Candidates with experience in building construction and M&E project coordination are highly preferred.
• Experience in industrial building, factory expansion, renovation or facility development will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems including electrical, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage and other building services.
• Experience in coordinating contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Ability to read and understand M&E drawings, technical specifications and layouts.
• Experience in testing, commissioning and site inspection.
• Basic knowledge of factory utilities, machinery installation and maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate multiple projects or tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work at the Company's manufacturing facility in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.
• Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
