Job Description 職責描述:

• Flexible working hours (Attend weekly sales meeting once per week) 彈性工作時間（每週回公司參加一次銷售會議，其餘時間自由安排）
• Identify and explore potential B2B clients to drive business growth 開拓潛在企業客戶（B2B），推動業務增長
• Proactively promote and sell enterprise IT solutions (ERP systems) to new business clients 主動向新企業客戶推廣及銷售 IT 解決方案（ERP 系統）
• Schedule meetings, conduct product demonstrations, and follow up with prospects 安排客戶會面、進行產品演示（Demo）並持續跟進潛在客戶
• Maintain up-to-date sales lead pipeline 維護及更新銷售進度紀錄
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs 達成個人銷售目標及績效指標（KPI）

Requirements 職位要求:

• Basic knowledge or interest in the IT field 對資訊科技/軟體解決方案具備基本認識或興趣
• Self-motivated with strong drive to explore new potential customers 具主動性，有強烈意願主動開發潛在客戶
• Experience in B2B sales, Telesales, or Cold Calling is preferred 具 B2B 銷售、電話銷售經驗者優先考慮

Work Conditions & Benefits 工作條件及福利:

• Basic Salary 基本底薪: HK$4,000-6,000 / month
