Your Role

As the Senior RMG Manager - APAC Hub, you will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue and margin growth across two Operating Companies in the region. You will partner with senior commercial stakeholders to turn data, market insights and business priorities into impactful growth strategies across pricing, portfolio, promotions and trade investment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shape Growth Strategy – Partner with Management Teams to translate strategic and annual business priorities into actionable Revenue Margin Growth initiatives.
2. Unlock Growth Insights – Analyse market, customer and business data to identify growth opportunities, develop hypotheses and generate actionable commercial insights.
3. Drive Pricing Strategy – Develop pricing and PPA strategies across brands, SKUs, channels and regions to optimise revenue and margin.
4. Optimise Portfolio & Mix – Identify opportunities to improve portfolio mix, SKU availability, Hero SKU performance, planograms and new pack launches.
5. Maximise Promotional Effectiveness – Shape promotional strategies and investment plans to improve effectiveness and deliver stronger commercial returns.
6. Optimise Trade Investment – Review customer and distributor investments, trade terms and incentive structures to improve efficiency and support sustainable growth.
7. Turn Insights into Action – Develop RMG plans, prioritise high-impact initiatives, track performance and establish a strong execution rhythm across the OpCos.
8. Build RMG Capability – Strengthen Revenue Management capabilities through new tools, processes, trackers, workshops and best-practice sharing across markets.

What You’ll Bring

1. Relevant Experience – Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with strong experience in commercial, analytics, Revenue Management/RGM or related roles.
2. Commercial Expertise – At least 3 years of commercial and analytical experience, preferably within FMCG, retail or a similarly fast-paced environment.
3. RGM Knowledge – Strong understanding of revenue and margin growth levers, including pricing, PPA, mix, promotions and trade investment.
4. Analytical Mindset – Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex or incomplete data to identify meaningful insights and opportunities.
5. Data & Technology Skills – Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities. Experience with Nielsen/IRI, POS or panel data such as Kantar/GfK will be an advantage.
6. Strategic & Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of market, customer and channel dynamics, with the ability to connect insights to practical business actions.
7. Influencing & Collaboration – Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and across a regional matrix organisation.
8. Results-Oriented & Agile – Strong ownership, prioritisation and execution skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-changing environment. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
