Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project as a Programme Support Manager, providing coordination and administrative support for wellness programmes and volunteer engagement activities. The successful candidates will be involved in service provider coordination, volunteer recruitment and deployment, training arrangements and event logistics to support effective programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coordination of assigned programmes, working with service providers and relevant stakeholders to ensure activities are carried out according to established procedures and timelines.
• Coordinate programme schedules and operational arrangements, follow up on outstanding issues, and maintain accurate programme records and documentation.
• Support the preparation and clearance of required site safety and risk assessment documents, and coordinate audit follow-ups, corrective actions and other operational requirements.
• Review invoices and programme-related supporting documents, including attendance records and required reports, and follow up on discrepancies or missing information.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment activities, including following up on applications, arranging interviews, maintaining interview records and updating volunteer information.
• Manage volunteer scheduling and deployment arrangements, including registration, shift changes, deployment communications and follow-up with interested volunteers.
• Compile deployment and attendance records, reconcile attendance information and communicate reimbursement arrangements to volunteers where applicable.
• Coordinate volunteer training activities, including registration, communications, venue arrangements and attendance support.
• Support volunteer engagement events by coordinating invitations, attendance confirmations, logistical arrangements and reminders.
• Prepare operational updates and reports, maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding matters to support smooth programme operations.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, administration, event support or volunteer management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to maintain accurate records.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
