Looking for a hands-on technical role where you can build your skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We’re looking for a motivated Process Technician to join our team! Whether you have experience or are a fresh graduate looking to kick-start your career, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Tampines
Salary: Basic up to $3,100 + Shift Allowance + Transport Allowance + Attendance Allowance
Shift Pattern: 4-3-3-4
️ Day Shift: 7am – 7pm
Night Shift: 7pm – 7am
️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate, monitor and maintain production equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
- Carry out equipment setup, troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
- Perform process monitoring and quality checks to ensure production standards are met.
- Troubleshoot process issues and work closely with engineers to resolve problems.
- Support improvement projects to improve productivity, quality and equipment reliability.
- Record production data, reports and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to meet daily targets.
- Follow all safety and workplace procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- NITEC or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or related fields.
- Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome!
- Hands-on and willing to learn, with an interest in machines and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts.
