The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in our After-Sales Service department, communicating directly with clients to deliver exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in the luxury industry, with excellent soft skills and a passion for watches.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate information about watch models, features, pricing, warranties, and services
• Assist customers with product care, maintenance, and usage guidelines
• Input and maintain detailed records into our CRM system
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with our internal teams in Switzerland for repairs and after-sales support
• General administrative duties for the department’s function
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Customer Service Manager
