Outlet Manager – Pan by Pops, Mutiara Tropicana

What you will do

• Run daily café operations from opening to closing, keeping service and standards consistent
• Lead, train and schedule the front-of-house and kitchen team
• Drive sales and control food cost, labour cost and wastage
• Manage ordering, stock and deliveries from our central kitchen and suppliers
• Keep food safety and hygiene up to standard
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with care
• Deliver daily sales reports and monthly stock takes

What we are looking for

• 2 to 3 years as an Outlet Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a café, bakery or restaurant
• A hands-on leader who works the floor during peak hours
• Basic understanding of P&L, food cost and labour cost
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

A plus: bakery or brunch café experience; specialty coffee knowledge; Mandarin.
