Legal Admin Executive

9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Scope:

• Prepare and handle legal documents for conveyancing matters, ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions.
• Liaise with property agents, brokers, clients, banks and relevant parties for document verification and clarification.
• Provide administrative support, including requesting, retrieving and organising necessary documents.
• Arrange appointments for clients to sign legal documents with solicitors and monitor important deadlines.
• Prepare bank correspondence and notices to facilitate the completion of conveyancing processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Meticulous, well-organised and possess good time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
