A well-established MNC retail organisation is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to oversee outlet activities, drive sales growth, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the store team, maintaining operational standards, and achieving business goals through effective store management.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct daily outlet activities and ensure smooth execution of operational procedures.
• Analyse sales results, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead and develop store personnel by providing guidance, coaching, and support to improve team effectiveness.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints appropriately.
• Manage stock levels, coordinate inventory control, and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Prepare sales performance summaries and review store results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the outlet maintains proper housekeeping, workplace safety, and adherence to company regulations.

Job Requirements

• Candidates aged 22 to 45 years old.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of working experience in retail, preferably in footwear, fashion, or apparel.
• 1–2 years of experience in a team leader, supervisory, or management role.
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
