Job Scope:

• Design and develop a tracking dashboard to automate the monitoring of declaration submission status, replacing manual tracking processes and improving operational visibility
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on the collection and distribution of declaration information
• Support the review of existing declaration workflows to identify areas for improvement and simplification
• Prepare data reports and simple visualisations to support data analysis and presentation needs
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of administrative data
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with schools and stakeholders
• Any exposure to process improvement, workflow automation, or data management through internships, academic projects, or self-directed learning would be advantageous

Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break, Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Contract Period: 12 months (estimated: 3 Jan 2027 to 20 Feb 2028)
