WE’RE HIRING: Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representatives - Banking Industry
Location: KCP
Intake Date: 23rd November 2026
️ Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representatives with a background in banking and finance to join our team!
Job Requirements
- Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin.
- Must have a degree certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center.
- Must have relevant banking and finance experience.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary Package
- Basic Salary: Up to RM5,300
- Additional Allowance: RM300
- Total Monthly Package: Up to RM5,600
