Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: First Avenue, Petaling Jaya (with Global Hiring Exposure)

Are you a strategic recruiter with strong headhunting capabilities and a passion for identifying top talent in fast-paced industries? We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end hiring initiatives across Malaysia and global markets while partnering closely with senior business leaders.

Basic Salary: RM10,000 - RM12,000

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract high-caliber talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through headhunting and market mapping initiatives.
• Utilize talent market insights, competitor intelligence, and hiring analytics to guide recruitment decisions.
• Manage both local and cross-border hiring activities across multiple markets.
• Resolve complex hiring challenges through data-driven decision-making and innovative sourcing strategies.

Stakeholder Management & Project Leadership

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
• Provide consultative recruitment advice and market insights to hiring leaders.
• Lead and contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition projects, programs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive adoption and effective utilization of recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and analytics platforms.

Talent Intelligence & Recruitment Optimization

• Leverage ATS platforms, Power BI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing channels to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Track talent market movements, industry trends, and competitor hiring activities.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and insights to optimize hiring outcomes and enhance candidate experience.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition and sourcing experience.
• Proven track record in proactively headhunting passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience recruiting within technology, AI, digital, software, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or other high-growth industries.
• Familiarity with modern AI-powered recruitment tools and sourcing technologies.
• Experience using ATS systems, Power BI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent intelligence platforms.
• Strong project management and recruitment process improvement capabilities.
• Exposure to global and cross-country hiring environments.
