·    Servicing, installation, commissioningandtroubleshooting of marine communication and navigation equipment.

·      Providing technicalsupport on email / phoneenquiries to service coordinators

·      Mainly job duties atShipyard, anchorage andoverseas for installation, commissioning, service,trouble shooting, repair andwarranty.

·      Ensure conformance toensure test results areconsistent.

·      Completion ofInstallation and commissioningwork with proper reports

·      Management of Servicereport or record onservice, maintenance, warranty and repair works are given.

·      Liaison with ServiceCoordinator and relevantsuppliers, provide technical solution for defectreports relating to equipment,and follow up to customer’s requirement.

·      Work experience withRadar, EchoSounder,Autopilot, Speedlog, Radio Equipment, MF/HF, VHF,FleetBroadband, VSAT and etcis an advantage

·      Able to travel overseasespecially on shortnotice.

·      Able to workindependently with minimalsupervision.

·      Good attitude andbehavior being ambassadorfor the company

Job Requirements

·      Nitec/HigherNitec/Diploma inElectronics/Communications/ RF Technology/ Marine or relevantworkingexperience in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting ofmarinenavigation equipments.

·      Above 2 – 5 yearsexperience in marine &offshore industries.

·      Passed Shipyard safetyInstruction Course

·      Strongtechnicalknowledge in the relevant domain (mechanical, electrical, IT,networking,etc.).

·      Excellenttroubleshootingand problem-solving skills.

·      Goodcommunicationskills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

·      Ability toworkindependently, often in the field without direct supervision.

·      Willingness to travelfrequently and work flexible hours when required.
