Responsibilities
NOW HIRING: FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM – Luxury Hospitality Brand
1. F&B Service Attendant
Salary: From $2,500/month
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Ensure guests receive a pleasant dining experience.
2. Cashier
Salary: From $2,320/month
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer payments and cashier transactions.
- Process cash, credit card and other payment methods accurately.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Assist guests with billing and payment enquiries.
- Ensure proper cash-handling procedures are followed.
3. Host / Hostess
Salary: From $2,500/month
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, guest seating and table arrangements.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Handle guest enquiries and provide assistance.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment.
4. Commis (Kitchen)
Salary: From $2,500/month
Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with daily kitchen preparation and operations.
- Prepare ingredients and basic food items according to instructions.
- Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs.
Working Arrangements
5 working days per week
Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Work Location: Bayfront
Benefits & Remuneration
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
- 2 months' Variable Bonus (subject to company performance and eligibility).
