Job scope

• Lead a team of customer service team
• Attend to customers enquiring about mobile issues
• Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
• Oversee the operations of customer service center
• Involve in operations improvement initiatives

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably from similar industry
• 5.5 days working including weekends and PH
• Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
• Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
