Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Manage existing customer database including building upnew customer relationship
2. Explore new initiative in business
3. Responsible for project negotiation and follow up closely
4. Ensures that the company contract and tender are reviewed
5. Generate quotation, invoice and tender price
8. Present new business approach to potential customers
9. Ensure customer test reports complete on time and send to customer
11. Seek and analyze customer feedback annually
12. Some technical knowledge in water, soil and food testing
13. Collection of samples, registration of samples. callcustomer on late payment, customer visit, and cold calling
14. Possess positive/can do attitude and a role model
15. Maintain high standards of integrity and discipline inwork
16. Report to Manager, Customer Service
17. Required class 3 driving license
