Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design of digital products, user journeys, and interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI/UX standards.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions.
Support Agile development, review design implementation, and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product design, UI/UX design, interaction design, or related roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital product design.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Good understanding of user-centred design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Tailwind CSS is an advantage.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
