• Education & Experience:Open toFresh Graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience.(Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, or IT is an advantage).

• Language Skills:Trilingual fluency inEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Cantonese is preffered to engage effectively with our local SME business owners.

• Attitude: High energy, self-motivated, hungry for financial success, and eager to learn corporate sales.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanour when speaking with corporate decision-makers.

What you will do:

• Client Consultation: Identify, engage, and consult with local SME business owners to upgrade their enterprise mobile,high-speed fibre, and digital solutions.

• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Manage corporate client relationships from initial contact to deal closing,maintaining a strong pipeline of business leads.

• Product Matching: Analyze client business needs and recommend tailored corporate package solutions to maximize value and savings for SMEs.

• Sales Execution: Conduct professional sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close B2B enterprise deals under the guidance of senior mentors.

• Team Collaboration & Shadowing: Work closely alongside top-performing senior account managers to learn proven sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and account strategies.
