As part of its continued focus on technology modernisation and digital transformation, the organisation is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive regional IT strategy, strengthen business partnerships and deliver technology-enabled business improvements.

About The Role

This is a senior regional leadership opportunity responsible for shaping and driving technology strategies across APAC.

You will work closely with senior business stakeholders and global technology teams to align technology initiatives with business priorities, drive digital transformation and optimise technology investments.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and technology leadership, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical, value-driven technology solutions.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of AI, automation, data analytics, cloud and emerging technologies.
• Partner with regional and global teams to modernise business processes, improve operational efficiency and optimise technology capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve productivity and drive continuous improvement through technology.
• Lead and develop regional technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology priorities.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in regional IT leadership, technology strategy, business technology management or digital transformation.
• Proven experience working with senior business executives and influencing strategic technology decisions.
• Good understanding of enterprise technologies, including cloud, data analytics, AI, automation and enterprise applications.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in technology investment planning, business case development and value realisation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and working effectively within matrix organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic technology planning with operational priorities and business requirements.
