Responsibilities
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems
- Familiarise with ERP software and Microsoft office
- Take charge of customer profiles
- Handle customer portals for invoicing related matters
- Be able to write and reply emails accordingly
- Check sales email and follow up
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff
- Answer queries by clients & customers
- Managing invoicing and sales related enquiries
- Assist in sales department
- Process orders via email/phone
- Liaising with salesman regarding customer issues
- Other sales related ad-hoc duties
