Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang, Malaysia, focused on supplier crisis management and transfer of work activities. The role involves monitoring supplier performance, identifying risks, and coordinating rapid response plans to address supply disruptions and quality issues. The individual will lead transfer-of-work projects, including planning, validating new production lines or suppliers, and ensuring seamless transition with minimal impact on cost, quality, and delivery. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with procurement, engineering, quality, and operations teams, conducting supplier reviews, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The role also requires preparing reports, maintaining documentation for audits, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Aerospace Supplier Management and Supplier Development skills to drive performance improvement and maintain robust supplier relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Supplier Evaluation capabilities to assess risk, measure performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess Procurement knowledge and experience to align sourcing strategies with crisis management and transfer-of-work requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate activities across suppliers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or related industries, with familiarity in quality and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess a relevant degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should possess strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
