Responsibilities
Main Tasks and Duties
Assist in the development and implementation of bank strategies and policies
Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve the bank's strategic objectives
Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance productivity and minimize risks
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure the bank adheres to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Lead and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance targets
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports
Represent the bank in meetings, conferences, and industry events
Job Requirements
Master degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or Economy
Possess over 20 years of managerial expereience in the banking industry
Possess strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
