Operations Admin Executive

Company: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company providing warehousing and logistics solutions for IT & data centre products

Location: Taman Ecoperniagaan, Dato Onn (Relocating to Kulai, Indahpura End of Nov)

Salary: RM3,500 – RM5000

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable or Convertible to Permanent) with Permanent Employee Benefits, including Annual Leave (AL), Bonus, Medical Coverage, and Yearly Salary Increment.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations, including manpower planning and staff scheduling.
• Manage delivery schedules, vehicle allocation, and driver coordination.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve scheduling or delivery issues.
• Handle logistics documentation, customs paperwork, vehicle administration, claims, and expenses.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate warehouse maintenance and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration, logistics, warehouse or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners from China.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced logistics/warehouse environment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
