Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades
Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants
Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades
Facades design and installation management
Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.
Requirements:
Min Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent
Min 5 years relevant experience with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Hospital or healthcare project experience will be an added advantage.
Good technical knowledge of façade trades
Working Hours:
5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
