Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE | $2,800–$3,100 | PENJURU
Location: Penjuru
Company bus provided from Jurong East
Salary: $2,800 – $3,100/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer order processing, verification and preparation
Coordinate with planners, booking agents, ship operators and customers to monitor supply schedules and vessel arrangements
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Provide suitable solutions and maintain effective communication with customers
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or marine operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication and coordination skills
Customer-oriented and detail-oriented
