Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation & Driving: Operate hospital vehicles safely while fully complying with traffic laws, hospital policies, and safety protocols. Navigate local roads and routes efficiently.
• Patient Care & Assistance: Assist, direct, and wheel patients safely in the main lobby or during transfers. Practice correct lifting techniques, assisting nurses with patient handling when required. Maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Vehicle Upkeep & Logging: Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and safety. Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules, reporting any issues promptly.
• Customer Service & General Support: Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally over the phone and in person. Assist with general errands, emergency protocols, mandatory training, and additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, High School Diploma, or equivalent (relevant healthcare industry experience considered).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in driving, customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred.
• Physically fit to handle lifting, patient transfers, and flexible shift schedules.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.
• Basic skills in vehicle maintenance reporting, data entry, and word processing.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and mentor junior staff effectively.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
