Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

• At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience preferred.

• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be in knowledge of full set account.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance-related matters.

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records.

• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.

• Monitor payments, receipts and outstanding balances.

• Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, tax agents and other relevant parties.

• Ensure accounting documents are properly filed and maintained.

• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as required.
