Previous warehouse or e-commerce warehouse experience preferred.

Experience in team supervision or staff coordination is an advantage.

Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Able to manage and delegate tasks effectively.

Able to handle physical warehouse work when required.

Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage.

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations.

Assign and coordinate tasks among warehouse staff.

Oversee receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, labelling and shipment of goods.

Coordinate courier collection and ensure parcels are properly handed over.

Supervise return handling, stock checking and replenishment when required.

Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean and operating efficiently.

Monitor staff performance and ensure daily tasks are completed properly.

Assist other departments with warehouse-related matters when necessary.
