- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in the F&B / Retail industry will be an added advantage.
-Good knowledge of Full Set of Accounts, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, and Month-End Closing.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel,SQL Accounting System&E-Invoices.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Able to provide guidance to junior accounting when required.
- Must possess own transportation

- Handle daily accounting transactions, including income, expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all financial records are properly matched and verified.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle and maintain Full Set of Accounts.
- Review and organize invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial data analysis.
- Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on a timely basis.
- Assist with audit, taxation, and other finance-related matters.
- Liaise with HR, Operations, Procurement, and other departments to verify financial and business-related information.
- Assist the Finance Executive / Junior Account Assistant with other accounting and finance-related tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to Junior Account Executives / Account Assistants when required.Exe
