Requirements
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Warehouse experience is preferred.
- Candidates who can start work immediately are preferred.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and Malay is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accurate quantities and items.
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documents.
- Issue and process invoices, delivery orders and other administrative documents.
- Assist with stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, customers and other departments on goods receiving, delivery and documentation.
- Prepare and update stock records, reports and other administrative documents.
