Requirements
Must own private transport for travelling to multiple project sites
Able to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; fluent Mandarin is a priority
Comfortable working in construction site environment, with good communication skills and strong execution capability
Responsibilities
Co-ordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers on- site and monitor construction work sequences
Follow upon material deliveries, verify delivery orders and report material- related issues
Take site photos for documentation and organise site documents and records
Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager
Perform other ad- hoc site- related tasks assigned by superior
