HIRING: HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY | ROBOTICS & AUTONOMY
We are hiring a senior technology leader to drive technology strategy, architecture and execution for a fast-scaling robotics company working across UAV, AGV, AI/ML, SaaS and autonomous systems.
LOCATION: Puchong, Selangor
SALARY: RM12,000 – RM15,000
CONTRACT: 2 Years
BONUS: Performance-Based
LEVEL: Senior
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of technical experience with 5+ years in senior leadership
• Proven experience delivering integrated robotics hardware + software
• Strong expertise in ROS/ROS2, embedded systems, SLAM, perception, planning & control
• Experience with LiDAR, radar, computer vision and production AI/ML
• Strong SaaS, cloud, edge computing and fleet management experience
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Knowledge of safety, certification and autonomous/aviation regulatory frameworks
• Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science or related field preferred
• Experience in digital transformation and industrial automation
You will own technology vision, product lifecycle, engineering leadership, AI/ML, platform architecture and strategic technology partnerships.
