• Job Overview

We are looking for a Civil Project Engineerto assist in the planning, supervision, and ensuring the smooth execution of site projects, meeting quality, safety, and time standards. This position will be based at ourKuala Lumpur Head Office, and the candidate must be willing to work on-site or travel to other project locations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations for civil and marine construction works.

• Monitor project progress, site activities, and ensure works are carried out according to design, specifications, and schedule.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues.

• Prepare method statements, work programs, and progress reports.

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

• Liaise with procurement team for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Support permit applications, documentation, and project handover processes.

• Attend site meetings and provide engineering solutions when required.

• Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 1–6 years of experiencein civil/marine/dredging construction projects.Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Strong knowledge of structural works, marine infrastructure (e.g., jetty, quay wall, breakwater), quarry or dredging operations is an advantage.

• Familiar with construction drawings, method statements, and project scheduling tools.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Willing to work on-site or travel to other project locations.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software is an advantage.
