Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicates directly with the other department heads and top management to coordinate quality control in process areas and assist production in improve process running smooth/any improvement.
• Implements the firm's quality-related programs, policies and procedures including aassists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
• Compile and analyze data and measurements to help management improve company work and manufacturing processes, as well as its products.
• Interact with other departments and help clarify customer requirements and determine means by which the firm can meet them.
• Liaise with suppliers for material and product development in order to achieve organization objectives and goals.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback. Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
• Selecting and assigning quality control duties to the staff, and then must evaluate the performance of these employees in their assigned roles.
• Maintaining records and reports and issuing correspondence, reviewing errors and their causes and giving advice to correct such errors.
• Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of quality control employees.
• Prepares reports, analyses data, and makes recommendations for improving process operations and solving customer feedbacks issues.
• Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the plants; reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all employee.
• Participate in objective setting, plan development, management review and performance review of company performance.
• Verifies Risk assessment and hazard analysis works for current practice and other new developments.
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
• To be a QMS document controller HACCP team member or internal auditor for all scope under the organization.
• To perform any duties delegated by the top management without any detriment or injury.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Requires good skills in Quality System Management, Analysing Information, Reporting Research Results, Technical Understanding, Promoting Process Improvement, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures.
• Must be able to understand processes and systems and see linkages/interactions.
• Must be good problem solver and be able to implement solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively on a technical level and across organizational lines.
• Must be able to act and make critical decisions independently.
• Degree in STEM related discipline (or equivalent experience);
• 5 years related experience, to include 3+ years of people management experience.
• Professional certification, such as FSSC 22000/ISO 22000 HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 documentations and auditing
• Strong computer competence, including database management and Microsoft office skills
